The Gold Rosy Barb (Puntius conchonius) is a beautiful and active barb species known for its brilliant golden-pink coloration and lively personality. These energetic schooling fish display a stunning metallic gold sheen with rosy pink highlights that intensify during breeding periods. Hardy, easy to care for, and constantly active, Gold Rosy Barbs add both color and movement to any community aquarium. While generally peaceful, they can be slightly boisterous, making them best suited for tanks with other active fish of similar size.

  • Best kept in groups of 6 or more to disperse energy
