Live Coral and Livestock Purchases
Due to the delicate nature of live coral and marine livestock, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any live animals. We take great care to ensure the health and quality of all livestock before shipping, and we pack them to the highest standards to minimize the risk of stress during transit.
However, if you encounter any issues with the condition of your animal upon arrival, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item in its original packaging see Live Arrival Guarantee). We will work with you to assess the issue and determine if any steps can be taken to assist.
Dry Goods Purchases
For non-livestock items, such as dry goods and equipment, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be attributed to all returned items. To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@theaquamart.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund, minus any original shipping fees, within 30 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges; if you would like a replacement item, please place a new order.
