Please be available for the delivery of your package.  

Any animal that is DEAD ON ARRIVAL requires a clear picture or video within 2 hour of FedEx delivery. Images must be taken of the item both in the original shipping bag and outside of said bag.

Package must be received on first delivery attempt without attempts to reroute the package or intercept it at any location other than the shipping address provided in the original order.

We are not responsible for any death after arrival.

We are not responsible for damage to animals from to dips for pest removal.

We are not responsible for tissue or skeletal damage caused by removal of a coral from the shipping container or from its original frag plug.

We are not responsible for shipping delays. We address corrective action for loss on a case-by-case basis. Any loss due to shipping delays or package mishandling must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.

We monitor daily weather forecasts between departure, distribution, and destination and will not ship if conditions are unfavorable.

We are not responsible for damage or mortality caused by Flight Delays, Late Delivery, Mechanical Delays, Misplaced Packages to wrong address, Lost Packages, Temperature Abuse, Damaged Boxes, or Acts of God.

Please plan to receive your package if anomalies occur, such as rapid weather change, if the box was left under direct sunlight, downpour of rain, or other inclement conditions.

Corals are LIVE ANIMALS

Some corals do not ship well and will not open up for a few hours to a few days while acclimating to your aquarium. Some corals lose color due to shipping and should regain their coloration within a few hours to days if your aquarium is suitable to house them.
