Ocean Nutrition Cichlid Vegi Pellets are a soft and moist sinking fish food that provides balanced nutrition for the daily feeding of herbivorous cichlids Ð those whose natural diet is comprised partly or entirely of algae. These pellets contain the appropriate protein content to promote growth without fattening the fish. The inclusion of spirulina (blue-green algae) and kelp makes Vegi Pellets the ideal food choice for cichlids that graze.
Available in Small (+/- 1.2mm) and Medium (+/- 3.1mm) pellet sizes. Use the small for fish up to four inches, the medium for fish four inches and larger.
