The Peppermint Shrimp (Lysmata wurdemanni) is a highly beneficial marine shrimp renowned for its ability to consume nuisance Aiptasia anemones. With its attractive transparent body with red stripes and peaceful nature, this shrimp is both functional and decorative. An excellent addition to reef aquariums, it provides natural pest control while adding activity and interest to the tank, particularly during nighttime hours when it's most active.
